A fascinating plant, Marvel of Peru, or “Beauty of the Night”, is a night-blooming flower with a sweet-smelling scent similar to that of Jasmine. Her flowers begin to open at dusk and by morning have closed for good, making way for new flowers to emerge the next day. The color of her flowers are known to change and even be split down the middle -- one color on one side and another on the other!
